Not that long ago we made a native bird out of clay we had toll's that we use to make the shape and put the pasterns on the bird and we use the water to smooth the clay when we had done that we started to put on the pan't we did one couler at a time thay would not get mixed up we could choose what ever native bird we want to do. The native bird that I choose was the piwakawaka
the coulers that I need was black, brown,yellow. The yellow was for the beck and the black was for the pasterns and the wing and the brown was for the body couler. I have done my one now and it looks fantastic and we are going to hang them on the wall of owe class room.
